Retail Bios Frag

Tonight, I cut off my Xbox when an emulator froze it up.  When I turned it back on, the OS2 menu was moving extremely slow and when I selected the retail bios,  I got a crazy screen and the ehect lite went nuts (FRAG).  I cut the box off again, turned it back on and the menu moved slowly but I got to my evox bios and everything worked fine.  I have a 1.3 and the Xenium Ice Solderless.  I transported it for the first time tonight.  Any ideas as to what might be going wrong?
