how do i even begin to install a new bios? The guides dont explain it to the last detail. What is the easiest way to do this? I have no network cable so cd is the only way.

How did everybody else do theres?

ive tried but it wont recognise any cd im putting in under the flash section. Is there anything else to it cuz it wont work for me. Also my pendrive doesnt show up. This is why i am having so much trouble. How do i know if my cdrw is compatible with the xbox dvd drive? doesnt it only work with cdrw -?

Your best bet is to dl a copy of slayers and use that to copy the apps over.  You may wanna overwrite the files with newer versions tho before you burn and run it.

Um no, slayers is an evox install disc to help prepare new hard drives, eeproms, basically anything to prepare an xbox.
