hi all can anyone help me ?

i want to copy dvds movies to my xbox and i did copy with xbox 2 hdd but no joy at playing that on xbmc .

i have an xbox 1,4 with xenium upgraded the 10g hdd to 160gb and connected with a hub to my pc .

of course i thought ripping the dvd and then with flash fxp sending that to my xbox
but at what format


any answers welcome
