qwix only does ISO transfers, ie - it will automatically extract an iso as it is transferring.  VERY helpful as it saves time and an extra step.  Also Qwix can be used to make an xISO from files on an xbox onto your pc without needing to first transfer to the pc.  Also Qwix supports Avalaunch Boost mode which is much faster than normal FTP.

What Qwix CANNOT do is just transfering of noniso files...I feel this is a mistake on Team Avalauch's fault as it could really help to have all that functionality WITH Boost mode in one program.

What do you have to do to the file using flashfxp after you transfer the xbox game data? I thought that you just transfer the file onto your computer through click and drag and then you just burn it. Are there any guides that tell you how to dl xbox games on your xbox hd, transfer them to the pc, and them get them on a dvdr? What software do you need on your xbox to dl the games to your hd? Is using a ftp method of sending emulators to your xbox easier than with cdrw's?

i dont mean to be rude at all, but these questions are REALLY basic, you need to goto www.xbox-scene.com and to the tutorials section.  There you will learn all about xbox modding.  The questions you are asking arent even Xenium related.  Please dont take this as a flame, just read more before you ask then if you have any question from what youve learned ask them here or on the appropriate forum.

wait.. so let me get this straight... You send the iso file from the xbox to the pc. Then you extract it. Then you turn it back into an iso using a program and then put it on a cd right? Do you need to make everything other than audio files an iso for it to work on your xbox? When you download emulators do you turn them into an iso in order to work in an xbox? What exactly needs to be transferred to an iso?

So you have to use programs like craxtion in order to convert files into xbox-readable form. Do you have to make the xbox data into an iso when you transfer it from the xbox to the pc? (for xbox game information) You would think that the information would already be in iso form!

iso's cannot be read by the xbox, you need to extract the iso for the xbox, the only purpose of an iso if for burning.  FlashFXP can be used to transfer the extracted files to your xbox, as to where to put them you need to read some tuts on Evox or Avalaunch on how they create game icons etc.  Ultimatly, where you put the games is up to you, but you have to set up Avalaunch or Evox (or whatever you use) properly to find them.

I know whis is long reading, but if you read this a LOT of your future questions you could have will be answered.

Also for some more focused info on games used on the harddrive check here

Also, i think you should read and follow along with this tut because it will help you get a sense of how most dashboard ini/xml's work.
