yes they are clones...i bought them at gocybershop.ca....i've been in contact with them  and they say to contact the people at xenium.....so it just seems like it's going in a circle with now answers........you have said to try and go back to the 1.1....how do you do that when the chip will not let ya and all the xbox does is frag?????thanks for the reply........

I think your beat.
But put the switch to safemode and put a 1.1 recovery.bin on  the CD.
Try a few times.

I got a clone and it died on the 1.1 upgrade.
But some don't I think.

If they told you there were real Xeniums you can demand your money back or threaten to report them. do a reverse charge on you credit card or paypal.

Edit: Just seen their site.
They stated clones so your SOL.

ya that's what i thought man......well thanks for the help...and for other people beware of the clone chips. they are nothing but a pain in the ass......well if any other people have any thoughts i would be glad to hear them......thanks again adam

why should they allow their software to run on a clone?  if it's a fake it should be exposed, so u can get your money back from whoeever u got it from, cause they cheated you

Yeah really. I felt bad for you until you called them asses because they refuse to support a product that was stolen from them.

That's right the clone chips are the product of stealing, so what do you expect them to do? It's offered so cheap because the plant that fabs them, makes extras with cheaper parts and sells them to resellers who are out to make more moeny off the chips than they would off the legitimate ones.

If they sold it to you and told you it was a legit Xenium, they are at fault. If you bought a clone chip to save a few bucks and didnt heed the warning, it's your own damn fault.

Knockoffs for everything are out there, buying them is the mistake that you make, not the people who produce the real deal.

Blame your loss on the real person at fault, yourself.

3 days ago this guy lost 5, now its 2, tomorow that will be ten.

The site clearly states those are clones, ozx clearly stated Os2 would be the end of the clones (news : Clones guaranted to fail).

He just wanted to make some more money by installing clones, I'm sure he charged his customers for genuine chips.

Go on fighting clones OZX please, no one wants to see cheapshit clones all around.

no one wants to see losers who buy and support the clone chips....

might i add that Xbox-Scene doesn't support clone chips because the clone chips are of poor quality... maybe this should give ppl a clue that YOU SHOULDN'T BUY A CLONE!!!!
