Blue Led On Xenium And Frag
« on: July 02, 2004, 03:18:00 AM »

All connections seem to be in perfect working order. Tested everything with multimeter, v1.4 board.

I used to have a red light on xeniu, and frag. This time its blue solid light and frag on xbox green/red.

Can anyone tell me what the blue LED light refers too. I've gathered alot of info on xenium but i cant find this answer amongst it. Thanks

Thanks heaps for your replies.

V1.4 board.
Brand new box with nothing installed.
Installed xenium using pin header.
Checked all points with multimeter
All standard AV leads and controllers

When chip is in:
Doesnt matter which button i boot from i get blue light on chip and two reboots then frag. No screens at all come up during this process.

I have tried holding down the white button
Running the chip in recovery
Turning the chip around
Booting from both eject and power button
No software or any changes have been made since i cant get it to boot.

Without the chip it boots fine to MS dash.

1. Hmm if the recovery mode does not do a update OS then maybe you lost the OS completely and chip is useless.
That can happen if mod is a clone.

2. Chip can also be defected and you should then send it for warranty replacement
