Is this a joke? The public beta of OS2 has been released. As for soldering, no one knows how good your soldering skills are so only you can answered that.

oh i had one more question...
if i get the xenium mod chip, and i put in os2 and i put in a 120gb hard drive will i still be able to play on xbox live?

It is like a rev limiter or ECU in a car. It tells the machine how far it can go and checks everything. The stock bios (M$) is really limited to what you can do. You get something like evox M7 bios and you can do A LOT more. Oh and go solderless like I did. (on a 1.6 I think you got to solder 1 wire for the chip to ground right)

Yeah I don't think you can do the solderless for now on v1.6... for now.

You need the bios to just about anything with the chip, otherwise all it can do is boot original MS bios, which is useless.

Yes you can get on xbox live, just boot the original MS bios with your original game loaded and viola, yer on xbox live.

Yes.

Just make sure you open your games from the MS Dashboard.
