You can flash any TSOP (well sort off) with any Modchip.

BUT, you cannot FIX it with an LPC mod. So be careful !!!

Easiest method, use the modchip to install the Audio exploit+evox then reboot, and launch evox via exploit and flash tsop.

Regardless of the tsop flash method the wire bridge needs to be soldered to enable tsop flashing.

We are also pursuing the possibility of Post-Boot Onboard Flash Access which, among other things, will allow certain recovery techniques which were previous only possible with hardware, and involved tricky soldering. It would now be done completely from software!
I think this is why lots of people have been asking this question, when they say onboard flash they do not mean flashing the tsop, actually I'm not exactly sure what feature he is talking about, but he sure doesn't mean flashing a non write enabled tsop, it's not possible.

Post-Boot Onboard Flass Access

This quote leads me to beleive that they attempting to do this "impossible" feat. Perhaps they know something we don't? Who knows....
The "Post-Boot" part is the peice that makes me beleive they are trying to access the TSOP.

Perhaps tehre was a previously attemped and failed TSOP attempt...

Solution: buy a modchip, install, fix TSOP, resell modchip.

Just for thought, I was watching SMB and Pen Drive Flash Video 4 and during 37 seconds through the video, I notices a menu with "TSOP".  Does anyone notice this as well?

Under the launch menu, where you can add a new item, the TSOP refers to  the ability to boot to the TSOP (retail bios)... not flashing a TSOP.
