You must have forgotten all that "fightclub" shit on their page then claiming that ozxodus stole their code, it was bullshit aka propaganda. Oh and what about the HDD banning shit, thats another form of propaganda

You're joking, right? No, seriously... you're joking? |
Nope, you obviously forgot about the smartxx recovery mode that once rendered the chip totally useless if it went wrong, and i mean totally useless. Or their eeprom stuff too?
| QUOTE |
| Most consumers will and do probably care less, just by nature. If someone likes the modchip, most wont care even IF they prove to be in direct violation. It all boils down to ethics, I suppose. |
Fact is smartxx still violates the GPL, which makes me laugh really when they first started claiming ozxodus stole code. Now who is really stealing code? Granted its not stealing directly as the codes open for all to use, but on a grander scale its stealing from other developers as theyre not giving anything back.

No offense Morlglum, but the first two quotes I took from you are complete bullshit. |
I took no offence at all, not my fault you got a crap memory and couldnt see how or what my comments related too, maybe now you can
I have a smartxx that i was given a few weeks back from a guy wanting to change it for a xenium, i must say im not impressed, i thought id give it a try, i may aswell, i got it for free. But as it crashed twice when i tried to update the os on it, then i had to screw around with dip switches to get into recovery mode its now sitting in the bottom of my junk pile. The xenium is far better and easier to use from my experiance with both chips, even though i did eventually get an updated os on the smartxx working.
EDIT: More stupid typos
