Here is some eject lead codes.

It says following:
Flashing RED & GREEN (FRAG): Probably a bad chip or bad installation, FRAG indicates that your d0 wire is installed correctly.

• Check that the Xenium is installed correctly and that it’s LED is lit Red.
• Realign the solderless adaptor on the LPC points.

Sorry cant help more than that.

Well as far as I know the xenium led light codes have not been published.
People have been asking about them before but no response.

Well where did you buy it.
It could be a clone.
The clones usually work couple of weeeks and then they die!
Check here for the 2 different clone versions in case you have it?

It been extreamly rear that the non clones get broken.
Clone die all the time.
If it is not clone you could try using pinheader install if not to afraif of soldering.

But understand you might not want to solder.

Nice that your got the problem ficured out.

Yours is the first proven bad Xenium mod I have encountered on this forum (quite rear).
