In order to run the original bios the following things are required:

1) The original bios (daaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh)
2) Hd to be locked
3) M$ dashboard to be present
4) m$ dashboad to be named as xboxdash.xbe
5) Time and Date to be set

Question: Removing the chip from the board, or removing the d0 wire from the chip enables u to boot to original bios. Does this work or u still have a problem?

You are stating that you can't start Original MS Bios even when the hole Xenium in totally unplugged.

Well seems it has nothing to do with the Xenium then.
Looks like it's problem lies in the xbox it self.

No need to shout though (capital letters=shouting).
We are just here to help you.

Edit:
Hmm when unplugging the xenium I believe the Original MS Dashboard needs to be renamed back to the original name?

You could test that.

I select orginal bios on my xenium chip. The screen goes black, and then is jsut restarts and boots to teh xenium OS, I haev 1.1 OS, and the M$ dash workings when I launched it from evox. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.

After the restart which bios does it restart to?
If you can't run unsigned code, that would mean it starts to Orig. MS Bios and your problem is solved.smile.gif

if it is quicksoldered, then why the hell does he just not desolder the d0 wire? Just a thought...I mean, honestly if he desolders the d0 then everything will be dandy...if it does not boot correctly your dash is FUBAR....
