Xenium.. Don't Know What The Problem Is.

Now it boots and i see the logo...
Then I get a blank logo screen with a controller on it.. Pushing and button makes the xbox reboot... and generall do weird things.

Could be its booting to an empty slot.
Hold the white button down when you startup to setup your chip.

Yeah, press the white button and make sure there is ONLY ONE controller plugged in and make sure its a MS Brand controller (either the duke or the S)!   tongue.gif

yeah, it sounds like he didnt load a bios on it.

i got the chip installed and i was getting the splash screen WITHOUT the controller, just the xodus logo.  i read the post and screwed around on the forum and when I tried it again (after what I thought were unsuccessful attempts at using an old matrix programmer and some flashing utilities) i put the chip back in and I got the menu .  now.. couldnt flash using the boot discs so i toggled the chips switch to see if it was in the right mode.. i think i may have reinitialized it.. i now just get the xodus logo screen and no menu like before...any idea what went wrong?
