Installing Chip W/solderless Adpater

Use the big eject button to turn on your xbox, there you should get a menu, from there, flash a bios on your chip, from there boot off a dashboard cd.

Goto the website and download some manuals.

If you're using the eject button to turn on your box, and you're not getting the xenium splash screen, it's your D0, make sure it's snuggly in that lil hole.
