Cromwell is a legal bios used to load Linux. The Xenium chip has 2MB of available flash space. 1MB for up to 4 bios of your choice. The other 1MB is for the Xenium OS. The cromwell bios is built into the Xenium OS and does not take up one of your flash banks.
