How Big Hd Can I Have?

PLease read up ... hd size is bios dependent
So it all depends which mod bios you put into the banks within the Xenium.
At the moment, i think you could go all the way to the terrabyte regions.

Search for terms like xbtool, LBA48, upgrade hd, 137gb barrier <--- within xbox-scene, you would sure find some info

I just put a 250 gig in mine with little problem.  The main thing I found was that you have to modify the programs you use to work with that big of a drive.

With LBA48 supported bios's the HD drive limit is really limited by two factors.
1) IDE Spec Hard drive size limitations:
As big As they make them. 320 GB so far....
(LBA48 – Maximum Drive Size 144PetaBytes)

2) Xbox FAT file system limitations:
I have installed 300 and 250 gig HD drives in my Xbox's.
While some say that single Drives with an F partition bigger than 260+ can lead to curruption.
I have not seen it... yet. But it has been reported.

The LBA48 patch allows the install and use of a +137gb harddisk.
There are 2 versions of the patch:
1) One that will give all available space to partition6 (f:)
2) And another version that will give space till 137gb to partition6 (f:)
and rest to partition7 (g:)

Most use the second version if they are:
a) Concerned about data curruption with a drive larger than 250 gigs
b ) Are upgrading an "in use" hard drive with data already on it in order to use the
remaing space of a drive that was previously formated at the 137gig limit.
c) OR just -want- an addtional G:\ partition

As for Bios compatibility check this table:
