i remember reading some discussions in this forum, debating the existance of the v1.5 xbox console.
i was able to install the xenium on my console (v1.0) and was planning to do the same with my brother's who has had his console for about a year.
i used the solderless adaptor (my solderling skills are not existant), and hoped to do the same with his but understand that the adaptor works for all versions except the v1.5.
is there a quick reliable way, without cracking the console, to determine whether the console is a v1.5 or earlier?
