Ok heres the problem....i had a xenium modded box with a 120gb hdd in it.... i got rid of it and now i have another xenium modded box.... i want to use my 120gb hdd but its locked..... i was able to get the password useing liveinfo but dont know how or what to use to send the password to the hdd to unlock it......please help i realy dont want to have to download the roms and emu and games i already have.....any help would be appreciated...

alot of info is not needed just check the first and third section on how to unlock the drive, the tools that u need u can get @ www.xbox-scene.com>tools (link tab)

when i try to use ATAPWD it dosent detect any drives and when i try to unlock it anyway it just say no drives ready?

? what else can i do???

Using LiveInfo to find the HD Key.
So you have the eeprom.bin file from the previous Xbox and hard drive combo, correct?

Embed the HD Key into an x2 4981 bios using XBtool. (Easy to do)
Boot an xbox with that Bios and your locked HD.
Use Config Magic to unlock/lock the drive.

Embed the HD Key, which you do have.
(the HD Key from the old Xbox not the new one, correct?)
The HD key on your new Xbox is worthless if your trying to unlock the old locked drive with it.

First thing everyone should do after installing a modchip is BACKUP the Xbox.
Both:
1) Evox Backup which dumps eeprom and other important xbox specific information (Like the HD Key)
2) Then back up the Entire OS. (partition c:\)

If you dont then your just looking for pain.
