Hi,

I have installed dozens of x2.3 lite chips and never once been able to flash it via CD. Maybe my Burner is jacked, maybe all my media is bad... Whatever the reason, I have never been able to get it to work.
I have always been Hot Swapping the chips durring Evox->Flash Chip option... As Billy D Williams says: Colt .45 works everytime.

Now.
I have got a Xenuim to tackle.
My Qustion is this, Can I get to the Evox->FLash Chip Option with a X2.3Lite chip and Hot Swap in the Xenuim?
If My Packed 1024k Bios.bin works on my X2.3 lite, will it work on the Xenium?
What other Considerations should i take to ... um... consideration?
Is there a physical 'write protect' switch somewhere?

Xenium will work fine with a 1o24k bios, you will need to set it to 1x1024k
in the Xenium OS bank config. Also you can have a bios file on cd or from HD
and flash it from the Xenium OS.

After Having a closer look at the XeniumOS manual I see that if I have a xbox HD with c:/bios/BIOS.BIN I can just flash the chip through the xeniumOS by navigating to the bios on disk...

No need to hot swap!

No need to have a 1 MB Bios either... Flash You individual BIOS'sto different banks of the xenium.
