what version xbox do u have....if u have 1.5 i think there are two more solder points u need but im not too sure on this...do a search

yes what he said ^ for a 1.5 there are 2 extra wires to solder (1 for ground and the other for POWER) but i would deff. double check all my solder chances are you dont have a 1.5 and your soldering isnt making the best connection.

D0 is a bitch! i always have the same problem when installing a chip. What i do is add a small about of solder to the D0 point (on bottom) then and a small amount to the wire then just heat the solder and connect the 2. <<just my 2 cents

fixing the d0 will proly fix the 'flashing red and green reboot 3 times' problem, the other thing u said that u r gettin no power.  How do you know this? if you are getting power the chip led should turn red when the xbox is powered on, is this happening? if not check your lpc points, especially power and gnd pts.
