Xenium Black Button Boot

I read that if I press the black button during boot, it will try to boot Linux.

But I'm sure I'm suppose to install something or other.. but I can't find this info in Xenium's docs.  Any pointer to where this is?


When I do try to boot Linux by pressing the button, it switched to a different screen and just hangs like that.

select the device that linux is INSTALLED ON! it shows dvdrom and hd locations....

LOL I see.. I thought those icons just show the progress of Linux boot or something, didn't realize you can pick from it..  laugh.gif

I noticed I can't select the HDs I can just select from either DVD or BIOS.  Is it smart enough to scan the HD to know that i don't have Linux installed?

And what does "BIOS" selection exactly mean?  which one of the 4 bios location will it go to?

i thin kit looks on the root of F and E for linux... i don't remember what the BIOs icon does.....
