Bios Is Not Properly Sized?!?
« on: March 12, 2004, 06:22:00 PM »

If you check the forums over on the official ozxodus site there is a post that has a link to how to properly create the disc for upgrading. If you already know how to do that then they say the only other problem is that your media is incompatible. Im having the same problem with my Xenium also, =(.

Had exactly the same thing happen... the dvd blank that I used for upping my OS would not do the bios. Kept getting the 'file not found on disc' error, or however it's worded.

Ended up going through a half dozen brands before hitting jackpot with the fuji's.  Course, once I had M7 in bank one, then I could put EvoX as the dash, and load X2 to bank 2 from the hdd.  Much easier.

I had that same problem but solved it easilly. Your Bios file has problems. Justo download any of the 256k bioses out there. Try  Xecuter or EvolutionX M7 Bios.

Oh yeah, I kind of just assumed you're getting your bios from the 'usual places.'  No mass downloader or P2P programs!   laugh.gif
