So your asking if the Xenium itself is safe?

It's not being physically turned off so that is a good question.

It's been 6 days for me so far, so good.
I will post the news here if I do get banned.

Remember that the best way to ensure that you dont Also get banned while
playing those Xbox live enabled backups that phone home
is to use the X2 4980 and 4981 bios's.

is there a way to play live using a backed up game or do you need to boot to the origanal bios and use the origanal game disk

to play a backdup game on live u have 2 be usin a hacked bios, and this will be detected, so u can't play backups on live, only original game disc (you should use the regular MS bios, not the hacked xecutor bios, even if playing original discs, if you want to play on live)

To earlier poster:

Using xecutor's latest bios does not help u at all WHILE ur on live (the bios is not loaded if you are using the MS bios on live), it just helps make sure that if you are using the modded bios (X2 4981) and playing games, etc, that you don't accidently connect to live and get urself banned.

Yes you'll be ok on XBL, at least for now....  But you might want to read up on this topic.
