Well clone will have apparently the current  Oxzodus OS, but in the future I would presume that Ozxodus makes changes to OS update that it won’t work on the clone version.

Therefore no future OS update would be  possible on the clones.
I don’t think the clone manufacturer will make their own OS, if they would certainly not as good as the Ozxodus, cause they don’t base their business on designing anything of their own.

I would not buy a clone Zenium.

Well, if they would make any stops to XOS working on a clone, they would have to change the hardware. And the updates wouldn't work on the old Xeniums if they *significantly* change the hardware, again. Then, the cloners would have to buy a genuine Xenium and then clone it. The clones are simply same hardware, same software, (except in the X2.2Pro clones, they used X2.2Lite CPLD on the Pros, they thought that it would work) but with the right price.

wink.gif ) that there is a X 2.3b light that will becoming out.  I dont think that the cloners will make the same mistake twice with the X's chips.

A clone dont necesary have to be 100% same as the original. It can look thesame, function the same but still have some small or large differences.

As long as there is not furmative info that it would be a 100% same hardware, I would still keep the change that the Xenium OS can be updatet so it does not work on the clone.

Edit: I say there is a change, Im not totally saying it is the case.
Still that is something to think about then selecting your mode.
