1) Check your soldering on the LPC (the pinheader) maybe your solder bled
2) if all else fails follow the 1.1 OS update manual to make an update disc then throw the emergency recovery switch on the xenium (so the white is showing) and turn on this starts safe mode where you incert the disc you made and the xenium will reflash itself

Did you pad the disc with a couple of large files on it???

If so try sticking a CD/DVD cleaner through your drive

A DVD Data disc should be bootable from what I've read in this forum
