Important things:

1.  Use CDRW... any brand should work as long as it has a silver reflective bottom.  I used Memorex.
2.  Only use the CDRW once.  For some reason, if I tried to do an erase and burn something else onto it, my Phillips drive wouldn't read it.
3.  Make an XISO.  Use Simple ISO (can be gotten from this site) to make it.  Then just open the ISO with your favorite burning program and burn at 4x.

Alternatively, instead of making a BIOS CD, make a Slayers Installer CD.  It gives Evox FTP functionality.  That way, you can just FTP the bios onto the C drive.  You'll need the Slayers CD anyways if you want to upgrade the HD and backup your stuff, so why waste two CDs?
