But I have seen u how u behaved in the channel!
Ppl there wanted to help you!
U cant force any1 read a ton of posts u made!
Simple answers to simple questions would hav solved yr problem!
Being impatient cause u had an exam as u stated is not the
right way! Instead u are pissing off ppl who really want to help you!
Unless u dont really have a problem but you want to cause some!

QUOTE
I don't expect any of you to be interested or care about what I wrote above. But that's the point. If you asked me to explain it, I wouldn't treat you like an idiot with a dumb question. I would answer your question as politely, non-technically, and informative as possible.
That's how I feel I should be treated when I ask a question about how the xbox works. All of team OzXodus should respect that, not just one member.

with a quote like that Dear Sir, I would expect that you had the common sense to know that not every team has the same individuals .. cloned .. there is a structure and formality to everything .. no ? .. therefore .. when you were asked to speak to artifex .. why did you go looking for fujitech ?.. you had specific time specific person .. you my dear Sir are in the wrong ... and I hope you have the common decency to appologise ... as you have offended a number or people for no aparent reason ..  mad.gif

Hey come on guys & gals you have a pissed off customer who is despirately trying to understand how to fix it (as well as how it works). People say things when their pissed off sometimes just to vent sometimes for the attension you guys & gals just have to be civil and remember nothing is 100% sure in this world.

On the other hand...
makn87 they offered you an exchange for your chip, this would help you and them and you know it! You want to learn more about the way things learn ask others or even find out yourself but you have to remember these guys & gals are running a company (with a limited staff) firstly they are not going to be able to (even if they wanted to or had the time to) explain to you how it all works it's their product they have that right.

If you have a problem and you've been given a reasonable solution or a total fix then take it. Not everyone has so much time on their hands to deal with things.

PS I think you got lucky with Artifex seems to be the kind of person who is intrigued with why things do what they do

I have to say one more thing for those of you who may have wondered what the support for this chip is like...

You can see from the above how much pride these guys & gals take in the work they do

OK guys,

everything is resolved. The guys at OZxodus took good care of me. Turns out that I had nicked the kevlar coating of the kynar wire I used for the install. This caused  my D0 to short out intermittently. They spotted the problem right away and had me resolder the wire. Then the thing worked right as rain. Apologies to all that were concerned. If you were holding off on oredering a Xenium because of my post, you should go for it. YOu will be supported by their team at all levels.

I would like to publicily apologize to Fujitech. He was just trying to help me. I was angry and read his questions completely wrong. I was wrong in what I posted. He was really trying to lend a hand....whereas I was busy trying to cut it off.

Team OzXodus came through for me and helped me out of a jam when I didn't deserve it. No one should question  their deication to their customers.
