Help! Pin Header Install Not Working

If you are getting FRAG (flashing red and green), then your D0 is fine - leave it alone!
You have not mentioned what chip you have, which bios you are using, the install method etc. Please provide the basics if you expect a useful answer (although I could assume your sig holds that information?).
However, you problem is likely the LPC connection - one bad solder point on any of the LPC pins will cause FRAG. Or a bad bios.

Add some more solder to the bottomside of the pinheader.  I've always found the Chameleons to be extremely sensitive to weak LPC connections, and although I've only installed one Xenium (mine), I presume its the same case.  Bulk up the solder on the pin header.

Yup its the same with the Xenium.  I had an X2 working perfectly fine on my pinheader.. but I put my Xenium on there... FRAG... grabbed some needle nose pliers and realized I could move the pins around in there so I resoldered those bitches right.  Now it works fine.

solderless adapters arent to fun in a 1.3 i had trouble in mine because of the punched out lpc holes.....but i got the frag and 2x boot at first but it was corrected easily with a better solder job on the pin header

Initially when I boot the xbox, the xenium led is red, it goes through the fragging stage, then I start to see the Xenium bios then a black screen, then the led turns blue,(on the xenium) and the xbox just blinks red, and green.  is this still an issue with poor soldering?

I find the support for this chip TERRIBLE!!! The manual has no good pictures and if it does have pictures its of something stupid like pulling out the 4th pin on the header pin.  I need details like whats the blue light mean? red light?

I am getting same problem as this guy except my light is blue and not red.  I cannot figure out what that means someone please tell me and how they figured out what the colors are?

Thanks =)

This helped me out and now it's working fine.  (Click the OzXodus Forum link)
I also agree the manual really doesn't help much, when it comes to troubleshooting.
