is there a memory card in the controller? it tends to crash if a memory card is inside the controller.

no there is no memory card in the controller.

I just tested a few things:

-The Xenium will allow me to boot with quick buttons and main menu pressing white when:
a: one controller is plugged in
b: with two controllers plugged in ports 1 and 2
c: with one controller plugged in on any port

-It will not let me boot with quick start buttons or let me go to main menu when:
a: There is three or more controllers plugged in.
b: When there is one conroller plugged into port 1 and another plugged into port 3 or 4

Can someone confirm this on their xbox?

Who told you that? Mine has always worked fine with my memory card plugged in  blink.gif

Mine also works fine with 2 controllers plugged in, but ive only ever tried ports 1 and 2, never any other combinations. I'll go and try it now and let you know.

EDIT: Ok i just tried with controllers in port 1 and 3, then 1 and 4. Both times my quick boot keys wouldnt function and i couldnt get into the menu with the white button, however it still continues to load the bios i set it to auto boot. Also if its in ports 1 and 2 it works fine. Oh and both my controllers are official s-types, one of which has a memory card in  rolleyes.gif  tongue.gif

OK so its confirmed now, how do we let team ozxodus know about this?

Maybe a fix will be released on the next OS.

Edit: I use all "S" type controllers.

I have 2 mem cards (official). When they are both plugged in, the OS stalls.
