If your getting the normal MS dash, and not the Xenium OS, then most likely
your D0 is the problem. You can try the alternate D0 on the bottom side of the MB.

If your sure d0 is good and still now power (lights) on Xenium, you may have a 1.5 xbox.

If you do you will need the extra 2 wires.
