Got A Bad Chip And Modwhiz Not Responding

Hey Anthony,

We're definatly going to send you another chip to replace the defective one.

It is odd but we didn't receive your emails, I personnaly answer every email and I never received this email?

Where did you send it?

There must be a problem with our mail server somewhere and I'd like to get it fixed ASAP.
