yeah, just connect both boxes and a PC up to the same hub/router - boot your box to evo-x or another dashboard that has an ftp server and boot his box with a disc that has ftp server (such as Evo-X, slayers install, etc)

use Flash FXP on the computer, and connect both xboxs together - if you have a 100Mbit hub you should be able to transfer over your whole 120Gb drive overnight easily (if it is full)
