went from full power of xbox one night , and woke up  to red and green flashing (and error code 16). nothing changed at all just happened , the xbox wasnt even moved...

only thing i can think of is that a week ago i got the new bios the 4976.02 and after a while it corrupted


but how do  fix this and any clue how it happened
