My My My...alas - are we not forgetting the PC's we are using?  Where they not called clones some 10 years ago?  IBM made the originals, all others are clones?  Would it be not that a Dell be considered a Clone?   IMO, Dell's are better quality than IBM - no?

Just as blackbishop said - they may even be better than the originals...

Personally - I do feel bad with the folks that created the original - only to have cloners copy their hard work...However, there might be a bright side - that is - in the hands of the consumer who would (might) save money.

There is no support for Clone sellers on this site.  Eventually.. cloners and scammers are weeded out.. blacklisted.. etc.

They are fine to operate out there.. but they won't/aren't allowed to carry on here.

In the xbox world.. there has been no evidence that clones are equal or better quality.. but plenty that showed they were defective and/or of lesser quality.

Can cloners be stopped? nope. Never.

But they can and will be exposed.

People who want XENIUM.. should be purchasing direct from a registered official sellers.  When in doubt.. check with them first before making a purchase.  They will point you towards trusted sellers.

People loking to save a few bucks.. will always find a way.

At the end of the day I can't see a problem with it. If the clones work as good as or better than the original then i dont c why people shouldn't be tempted by the lower price.
Don't get me wrong I own a matrix but if at the time there was a cheaper one that did the same i'd of bought it.

Although i don't agree with the scammers who actually steal the brand name of others products, that is wrong. If they are going to copy it they should atleast try and make it better or a bit different.

So.. he banned me.. because I called mrmodchip a little fish here on XS in this thread.. nice. He's fortunate I don't take the same attitude with him, mrmodchip and friends here on xs. But we don't do things like that here.  Course.. it will mean they have my undivided attention now.

Maybe next time TeamX wants to say something.. they'll do it proper instead of having mrmodchip (little fish) speak for them.  They aren't an official XS sponsor.. so what they say carries little weight here.

for the most part this is what i tried to say (although i completely forgot i said it till mrmodchips had to point it out to me), i don't agree that it is right to steal the technology, but as the xbox hackers took advantage of the security of the xbox in order to mod it, as did someone to the lack of security on the xenium.  if i were to buy an xenium i would have no problem buying a clone of one.
i was actually saying that if mrmodchips did infact sell clones, i would have no problem buying them from him.  until he had to go through an ego trip on me tonight.  now i probably wouldn't buy from him wether his products were ligit or not.  i am in no way implying that he is infact a scammer.  i have no clue whatso ever if he or anyone else here is.  i do however hope that he and many others can mature a little

i do not like selling clones, just some punters prefer them, the choice is yours.  We do not sell to the public, only wholesale so all one-off punters will take the original anyway.  They may actually prefer to take the smartxx also ;-)

Interesting couple of days.

MR MODCHIPS and BALD BOUNCER decided to run #teamXecuter channel into the ground.  I'd Glad BALD runs the TX site for Xecuter.. lord knows they don't have the time to do it themselves.

However.. I have afew comments before I close this thread.

MRMODCHIPS is apparently the biggest EUROPEAN SELLER of XECUTER Modchips.. so in his eyes a comment like little fish might be contrued as extremely insulting.

So what did he do with that apparent slight? he inlists the help of Bald Bouncer.. ban me, and decide to turn #teamXecuter upside down.. and systematically shit up their own channel ops and site support staff.

That's fine.. that's their internal polictics.

If the 2 largest Xecuter Chip sellers in the UK and EUROPE want to shit on their own people.. none of my business.  I'll gladly stay out of it.  Apparently.. some of their own OPS taught them a lesson in shiiting on people.  But that is neither here nor there on the subject.

Ban me? ok.. no problem.  My Xecuter support has always been here on XS.. and it will continue to be so.

Now.. back to what MRMODCHIPS considers a slight.  If he is upset because I called him a little fish.. then I suppose he'll continue to be upset.  The little fish comment.. came from the fact that he is a big seller.. on the OTHER SIDE OF THE GREAT POND that divides us. (Ocean for the stupid out there)

In my eyes (and my OPINION.. yes.. I'm allowed to have one of those).. all the chip sellers are little fish in the TX organization. In the past.. TX always found ways to contact staff here directly.. and not third part through proxy of one of their european sellers.

Chip Sellers.. especially NON-XS sponsors.. do not dictate what is spoken on this site. They also do not dictate site policy here.

I'd expect all future corresposndance from TX to be handled in the same manner as PAST correspondance.. direct from Uber/K3rn3l to staff here.

Nothing I have said.. past or present.. is desparaging towards XECUTER.  Everything I have said is public.

Xecuter is still the number one chip in my book.. and I still consider K3rn3l/Uber "friends" or as close to friends as someone gets to people they'l never meet.

Now.. is MRMODCHIP wants an apology on the little fish comment.. I've explained myself CLEAR and adequately. It was never meant as a slight. It was meant to clarify how TX and XS deal with each other.. which he is very aware of.  I'm also not in the habit of taking thrid hand info from non-xs sponsors.  I'm sure he.. and all of TX understand this.. and the reasons for it.

That is all I'll say on the little fish matter.

Now.. comments real or perceived regarding present of former practices of selling clone chips.  I rescind any comments that might have been construed as demeaning or slanderous towards MRMODCHIPS in that regard. To this time.. I still have no personal info implying their involvement in any cloning non-sence.  Nor do I care to investigate further.

I've been asked directly by my Friends in TX to make these comments.  I have made them in the hopes that MRMODCHIPS (PSXGUNMAN) and BALD BOUNCER ends their hostilities towards their own staff/ops.  They are welcome to continue hating on me despite this apology and declaration of xs policy.
