My Xbox Is Indicating A Busted A/v Unit After My Xecuter 2.6 Install

What could I have mistakenly busted while installing the chip that could cause this? And what can I do to fix it? My Xbox is flashing orange and green lights and turning on and off speradically in sets of 3. All ideas are well appreciated. Thanks.
