Cant Get To Bios

I changed it to boot to my dash and now I cant get to my bios and more.
Is there a button combo that I can use to get to my x3 bios?
For some reason xbins won't connect so I haven't been able to get a new copy and reflash the bios.

Press and hold the white button on the controller while the Xbox boots.
