Flash Banks

I know that there are many flash banks on the Xecuter 3, but what do you put in them?  I know that one of the 1mb holds the X3 bios, but other than that, idk what the others are used for.  Would anyone mind giving me a quick rundown on that?  I'm not looking for go with a softmod or w/e, I just want an answer to that question.

Other BIOSes, obviously.

You might want a VGA BIOS, or Cromwell, or an alternative BIOS that boots a different dash, or a Debug BIOS.

Hm, alrighty, well, my xbox's already got a Tsop flash on it, so it'll boot any other dash just fine.
