Xecuter3 Reset To Factory Defaults And Disable?

You can use  the X3_erase tool to delete your X3 settings.
You can't disable the chip without removing it.

Thanks, what is the X3_erase tool? is it just software?

The X3 Erase tool will just clear the EEPROM (configuration) data from the chip itself - it won't remove any BIOSes you've flashed to the chip.

If you just want to clear the settings, then hold the white button on the controller on startup and in the X3 settings there's an option to 'Reset X3 to Configuration Defaults'.

Judging by your post, the personal picture is on your dashboard, which has nothing to do with the chip itself. In which case, the best thing to do is to download an installer disk (Either Slayers 2.7 or AID 3.1) and boot it. Both have options to reformat the HDD to stock, which will not only clear the picture but remove all save game data etc.

Finally after doing this, if you boot with the power button held down you'll start the Xbox with the X3 disabled. As long as it boots into the MS Dashboard, you are ok to remove the chip should you want to do this.
