Trying To Flah My Bios

It was supposed to read "No X2 found or chip protected". Bad typing by me.
I read some more and found out that when the jumper in on the X2 is unlocked. So how come FlashX says it's locked?

whats the switch set to on switch bank theres 3 switch (bios bank / chip on off / flash protect on off
