Xecuter 3 In 1.6 Boots But Only To Ms Dash....

two blue lights and one red or green light on chip itself
blue x on outside of xbox
allso the v1.6 xbox need a very very fast tap of the power button to enable the chip
if you do not have any of theres recheck your install
v1.6 xbox need switch set to on on off off off
v1.6b off on off off off but once flashbios screen is seen change switch back to on on off off off then flash
