3x Restart Frag! My Fix Here

when you flash your chip if your on switch setting off on off off off you must change them back to on on off off off before you flash
once you flash it use the x3 bios to flash flashbios 3.0.3 to backup bank then you can flash other bios to the rest of main x3 bios banks
