Is there a guide with more info or can anyone give better directions on how to replace this collector?

I tried going to the teamxodus article they link to, but it's not there any more.  The part that I bought from llamma to replace it doesn't look like the collector in the pic or on the motherboard, so it's more confusing as to what I need to solder.

If anyone has more in-depth instructions or pictures, I'd greatly appreciate it.
