Install 2.6, No Audio/video... Removed Does The Same.

Just finished installing a 2.6 into a friend's box, only to get no audio or video when the xbox boots up.  The light ring turn on green, flashes to orange for a second, then stays solid green.  If I push the eject button, the light ring flashes as if it's ejecting the DVD drive.  Also, it does all of this with or without the dvd and/or hard drive installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
