300gig Hd Ran Out Of Space At 120gig

Hi, I know this problem has already been covered in the TUTORIALS/GUIDES Page, but my problem is more specific so that is why I made this thread to ask.

I have an Xbox v. 1.5 using an Xecuter 2.3 modchip that was already flashed with a different Xbox.  Apparently, the bios that I flashed the Xecuter with supports HD larger than 137gig since my old Xbox I was able to load more than 200gigs of games in it.  I took that Xecuter chip out of that Xbox and installed it in my new Xbox (v. 1.5).  I'm using Evolution X v. 4.3935.  For some reasons, my G drive is at 0.  Now I'm running out of space at only 120 gigs when I have a 300gig HD.

What do I need to do to add the G drive?
Will this delete all of my previously loaded games?

I would greatly appreciate your help.  Thank you.
