I used the LPC rebuild PCB and i was having trouble so i desoldered the holes again and the solder will not stick to the LAD3 hole anymore, thehole that's right next to the pin.  It's kind of a copper color now too.  Does that mean that the solder is gone from that hole?  Is it something I can scrape or clean off? Is there another hole I can run a wire to?  Thanks much!
