Who's Pre-ordered The X3?

Just 2 questions:

1. Is the install soldering method going to be the same as the x2's?

2. When will the x3 bios be released or is it the cromwell supplied with the chip and i dont know what i'm talking about? (Sorry for my noobness lol)

I've had my pointer on the pre-order button numerous times but didn't end up clicking it.  I'm waiting until the pro (or whatever it was called) switches come out.  I'm hoping there will be an option to buy just the chip and the new board instead of buying the 1st version of board only to swap it out.
