Now what is your problem exactly? Are you trying to get it to boot to a different dash, and if so, did you install a different dash yet?
The cromwell bios is supposed to show up first with this message " Insert boot disk (or something)- ready to flash"!  Then your able to flash chip with new dash and bios.

If you can't get your FlashBIOS (Cromwell) to display video, it could be for a few reasons. Either you have a 1.4-1.5 version motherboard with a Focus chip or you have an older version of Cromwell that is known to have issues with displaying video. If the screen is blank and the DVD tray is ejected, you have the first scenario, which is fine and you can continue. If nothing happens then you have the second scenario; in this case you need to keep powering on and off the Xbox until video is displayed.

Have you tried to flash your chip?

He had to have flashed his chip (or someone did).  If not, the xecuter2 would not show up under the xbox logo.  Only xecuter2 bioses show this.  So the chip has to be flashed.

xecuter is showed when mostlikely the chip has been proper installed, i had that xecuter2 displayed before flashing chip.

Ok...I have never seen that before.  Every xecuter chip I have installed (and I have installed many) has cromwell's flash bios on it and it goes straight to the flash bios screen.  The only time I have every seen the xecuter2 below the xbox logo is when the chip is flashed with an xecuter bios.

If you were to flash an xecuter chip with an evox bios, the xecuter2 is not there.
