If you recently bought this chip, you'll prob only need the bios file loaded on a DVD-R or CD-RW named bios.bin..
The new Cromwell Linux bios looks to flash the chip right off... no need for OXFlash.. However, if it's older, you'll need to take Xeero advice and get yourself this fine application that will enable you to flash the Xecuter bios image onto the chip.

actually... if you see the ram and CD icons.. you have the older cromwell.. get OZFlash from the usual places
