Nyko Air Flo Is Allways Disconnecting

@first i´m sry my english is not the best



my frend bought a nYko Air Flo for his xbox. But the controller is allways disconnecting after a few minutes. He testet the controller with a new Bios and evox version with the same results.

We tested it on my xbox, in controller port 1-4 with no effects


Is this a known problem? What can be the reason for it?

I hope you cann hellp him.


P.S in germany xbox getting more and more popular ;)
