Flashing Tsop Using Xecuter2 ?

Is it possible to flash the onboard xbox tsop using an Xecuter2 on a v1.1

Any details on how this could be done would be greatly appreciated.

That should not be entirely true.

If you have a 29-wire homebrew with a 1.1 BIOS or Evox's Dual BIOS, you should be able to cut the appropriate wires and flash the onboard as needed.

I'm just having a damn hard time getting my homebrew kit to work.

Until the EvolutionX Team comes up with the Matrix TSOP Flash for Xbox 1.1, there is no other choice.
