I have never tired to cancel an order from them, I dont think you will have problems, thou.

Just email them saying you want to cancel.

you can easily cancel an order at lik-sang, just log onto your account and go to the page where it shows your orders and hit cancel order.

lik-sang are excellent in service. i cancelled 2 seperate orders, and they did it immediately.  they dont charge your card for pre-orders until it arrives, so it was a very easy process. lik-sang is very honest. highly recommended!

just received a confirmation that they canceled my order and that my money has been refunded by the transaction company.

Hey I emailed Lik-sang to cancel my order two days ago, and still aint heard nothing!

i have been on my account page on lik sang and i cant find a cancel option anywhere on my preorder
also i have sent them an email and was wondering if [email protected] was the right place to send my cancellation, and how long does it take to here from them

I asked for a refund in the evening and got it the next morning  
I sent the email to customer support and billing at the same time.

                   don't mail them.
login to your account and cancel it yourself. (you can cancel all non-shipped items)

                   no , those problems only occured with UPS/FedEx ('cause they work with US customs).

They now ship with non-US companies and shipping to US works without any problem now.

I go: My account -- order hisotory --- "click on order"  : I just see the order information, but no cancel order button.

you should see in red a list of your previous orders...  click on the date of the order, you'll see a list of what you ordered.... scroll down to the bottom...  you should see a "cancel" button...

btw, if your item shipped, the button disappears...
